Emperor restaurant in Sofia: The secrets of Asia

The last day of July was hot and busy for all the colleagues in the www.SofiaHotels.NET team. However the evening brought us a great surprise – a nice evening party in an elegant Chinese restaurant just next to the “Sport Palace” in Sofia.

The occasion was the first birthday of the restaurant – a time for revaluation of the achieved goals and a reason to start looking straight ahead into the future.

It was a great surprise for us to find excellent interior – designer’s arrangement, offering elegant and cosy atmosphere from the Far East. The restaurant can serve up to 120 guests offering dining halls in a two storey building and a small and charming terrace. The round tables for 12 – 18 persons are predominant.

The main accent is placed on the Shanghai kitchen. Diet dishes, tempting meat and fish dishes, as well as a wide range of exotic cuisine as shrimps, scallops, and mussels… even a piquant medusa salad will definitely suit even the most sophisticated taste. The spices and most of the products are imported directly from china, which is actually the secret of the incredible taste of the food.
