| This hotell is the worst hotell we have stayed in , insects in the bathroom , roaches in the room , dirty , no ac , the beds were old , noisy trafic , we will never ever go back to this hotell ! |

| If you have an alternative, don't stay at Hotel Pliska. I was there in December 2010 in a single room at the 7th floor. The carpet and the wallpapers are extremely dirty and have undefined colour.There is no bed but two old matresses piled up. The badroom is a disaster, there was not even a shampoo. The furniture reminds of the comunism age in Bulgaria, and worse- it is from this age! So don't give them your money and go elswhere. |

| Wo haben die Ihre Sterne gekauft? Åine Beleidigung für alle Hotels. Die Managerin selbst hat auf meine Beschwerde gesagt, dass sich das Hotel als 1 Stern Hotel führt. Selbst dieser Stern ist meiner Meinung nach gelogen! Stockschimmel in den Matratzen, ich habe in 3 Zimmern nachgesehen, verschmutzte Waschbecken mit Überresten von vorherigen Gästen, abisolierte Stromführende Kabel hängen aus den Wänden an denen mit Klebestreifen geflickte Verteiler angeschlossen sind, die Toiletten sind ekelig rostige Gewindestangen sind die Handtuchhalter Das Frühstück ist eine Beleidigung, Das Personal verbietet den Gästen sich an saubere Tische zu setzen, sondern schickt sie an schmutzige mit Löchern von den Zigarette in den Tischdecken und Flecken der vergangenen Wochen Ich schlage vor die Putzen zu entlassen, da sie in ihrem Etagenbüros vor den Ventilatoren sitzen und sich mit den Fingern an den Händen spielen ich habe sie dort selbst bei dieser Tätigkeit gesehen Und die Managerin sollte sich mit Besen, Wassertonnen und Putzmitteln bewaffnen und die Zimmer scheuern und wischen bis sich dieses Hotel, diesen Stern/Sterne verdient. Wer kann, 50 Meter weiter gibt es ein 4 Sterne Hotel bei dem alles stimmt! |

| Good Hotel, good value for money, nice market nearby, near to lovely restaurant (authentic bulgarian one) see staff for location. Great for autogara and also for the railway station. Have stayed many times, no problems worth trying out. beds comfortable which is unusual for Bulgaria. Bathrooms nicely tiled and its always been immaculately clean throughout everytime I have visited. |

| I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel very much. The temperature was difficult to regulate, the hotel condoms should not be trusted, the breakfast was 'different,' the bathtubs are VERY small. Also, the double twin beds pushed together was uncomfortable (I have stayed at hotels where this was not a discomfort). The hotel staff was very friendly, but overall I would not stay at this hotel again. I recommend the Hotel Rennaissance, with is very nearby. |

| Baldjieva Hotel provides no breakfast, no airport service and has two stars, not three as promised in your website. When we arrived on July 25th, nobody fetched us from the airport, the receptionist didn´t believe that we had already paid in advance although we had a booking receipt printed out. She said that the hotel might not get the money, that we had paid to sofiahotels. When we left one day earlier she didn´t give us the 40.-E. On the third day we had to change the room without any compensation although the room was much cheaper. The receptionist said, that sofiahotels promise things that are not part of their contract (airport service, breakfast). When we arrived at the airport on Aug20th we realized that our camera was missing in our luggage that we had left in the our room until 11.30h during the room service time when we departed. Your company must change the promises given on your website or recompense the guests. We paid 320.-€ for eight days in a luxury room, six of which we did really spend there, one was pent in a noisy little chamber. When we ask the receptionist she said it is your agency that is to blame. Hoping you will start an open evaluation platform for your hotels to provide fair insight into the experience of travellers so to give future guests a chance to know in advance what to expect, we are waiting for your answer yours Kordula Kleinschrodt |
