Niky Hotel is inthe centre of Sofia. It is very Clean, with very helpful Staff.

I just visited your sauna and have good and bad news : the sauna area is very old and unattractive. The good news: I was welcomed by Veronica in an extremely friendly and open way. People like her is what hotels and restaurants need: motivated and thankful. Thank you so much, Veronica !

Good Hotel, good value for money, nice market nearby, near to lovely restaurant (authentic bulgarian one) see staff for location. Great for autogara and also for the railway station. Have stayed many times, no problems worth trying out. beds comfortable which is unusual for Bulgaria. Bathrooms nicely tiled and its always been immaculately clean throughout everytime I have visited.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel very much. The temperature was difficult to regulate, the hotel condoms should not be trusted, the breakfast was 'different,' the bathtubs are VERY small. Also, the double twin beds pushed together was uncomfortable (I have stayed at hotels where this was not a discomfort).

The hotel staff was very friendly, but overall I would not stay at this hotel again. I recommend the Hotel Rennaissance, with is very nearby.

Hotel small but cozy.
Staff friendly.
Cleaned well enough. As a three star Italian.
The TV is not TV. Only Bulgarian TV.
Computer with free internet for guests.
WI-FI internet ok.
To consider.
Good money.

BALDJIEVA HOTEL

Baldjieva Hotel provides no breakfast, no airport service and has two stars, not three as promised in your website. When we arrived on July 25th, nobody fetched us from the airport, the receptionist didn´t believe that we had already paid in advance although we had a booking receipt printed out. She said that the hotel might not get the money, that we had paid to sofiahotels. When we left one day earlier she didn´t give us the 40.-E. On the third day we had to change the room without any compensation although the room was much cheaper. The receptionist said, that sofiahotels promise things that are not part of their contract (airport service, breakfast). When we arrived at the airport on Aug20th we realized that our camera was missing in our luggage that we had left in the our room until 11.30h during the room service time when we departed. Your company must change the promises given on your website or recompense the guests. We paid 320.-€ for eight days in a luxury room, six of which we did really spend there, one was pent in a noisy little chamber. When we ask the receptionist she said it is your agency that is to blame. Hoping you will start an open evaluation platform for your hotels to provide fair insight into the experience of travellers so to give future guests a chance to know in advance what to expect, we are waiting for your answer
