My stay was spoilt by being in a room very near to the function room and could not sleep until almost 3am. I did go to reception and enquired how long the entertainment was expected to last. I understand that the hotel will be doing this for their other guests but I think that better care should have been taken about placing people near the entertainment room which was right under where I was sleeping. I had been on a long journey that day and was very tired. I think the next time I stay and if I am on the first floor I will enquire about entertainments being held that evening and if it is happening I would request a different room. We always stay at the Sofia Plaza and will continue to do so and this is the first complaint I have ever had with this hotel.
