Ňhe hotel is clean, staff was great, location can't be beat. A real shower would be a large plus, but, it all worked.

Scotty's Boutique was in a friendly, convenient and interesting part of Sophia just opposite the Market Hall. The staff put themselves to look after our goods when we were away for a few days and always were very helpful. Great value for money.

Positive:
- Very quiet room on the backside of the hotel. Streetside might however be very noisy with tram, cars and loose pavement.
- Location of hotel near to the centre of the town.
Negative:
- There was a strange smell all over the hotel, maybe originating from the glue used for fixing the floor covering.
- The plug of the waterboiler did not fit into the wall socket.
- There was very little room for writing.
- There was no easy chair.

Very good location in the city centre, confortable beds, good view but microscopic bathrroom (practicly it is just a toilet with a sort of shower on top!).
Friendly reception and a free internet service.
