Easy Hotel low cost chain enters Bulgarian market

Britain's Easy Hotel, part of Easy Group, has franchised Bulgarian company E.Hotel AD to bring the budget hotel brand to the Bulgarian hospitality market. The Easy Hotel Sofia will be built on the Todor Alexandrov boulevard. Excavation work is underway and the 56-room hotel should welcome its first guests in '09. All reservations will be made online. The franchise contract will expire in 20 years. Rumen Parvanov from E.Hotel said two more hotels will be add in Sofia over the next five years. The investment in the first hotel is around 1.5 mln euro.
