The Cream of Russian Ballet Dances in Sofia

A gala, unseen so far in Bulgaria, featuring the most famous Russian ballet dancers will be staged in Sofia. September 30, Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture, will host the leading soloists of the Bolshoi Theatre, Moscow Academic Musical Theatre, the Kremlin Ballet, Maryinsky Theatre and other elite troupes. Fourteen soloists and corps de ballet will demonstrate their exquisite skills, professionalism and high artistry. The two-hour extravaganza will comprise works familiar to the Bulgarian public as well as new interpretations. The show will present Adagietto by Gustav Mahler, scenes from Spartacus by Aram Khachaturian, the Pharaoh's Daughter by Cesare Pugni, Bahti based on traditional Indian music.
Tickets cost 20-100 levs (1 euro = 1.95 levs) in the Ticketstream network and the box-offices of the National Palace of Culture.
