We are glad to present a truly stylish and coquette studio at the very centre of Sofia - only on few minutes walking distance from Vitosha Blvd. or National Palace of Culture, situated on ‘Parchevitch’ str. almost at the corner of ‘Botev’ Blvd. At the centre of the capital, on a quiet and peaceful spot.
The apartment is on 3rd floor, no lift available. It has a living area of 40 sq.m. comprised of: bedroom area artistically separated from the sitting area, a kitchen room, bathroom with shower and toilet.
The property is fully furnished with central heating installation, security entry system, all furniture and appliances are brand new. In the living room there a sofa bed with coffee table, big TV set, work desk, internet and digital TV.
The interior is unique and captures with bright and refreshing colours, all details are arranged with taste turning the apartment into a cozy and nice place.
