Rail Strike 2008 Marks Opening of Ariana Snow Fun Park

Despite the global financial crisis and the global warming, on December 20 the Ariana snow fun park will be opened downtown Sofia with Rail Strike 2008 snowboard contest.

During Rail Strike 2008 the best Bulgarian freestyle snowboarders will be given a chance to compete with professional riders, among them Mark Swoboda, Badzi Takacs and last year's winner Wojtek Pawlusiak.

The contest will take place near the Ariana pond in Sofia, where the setting include rails, jumps, and fun boxes, covered in artificial snow.

After the events on Sunday a big party is promised for the snowboarders in Sofia's club Sugar.
